Kristina and myself are traveling through the Southern African region these days. We are on our advocacy and study tour for IOGT International.
After our trips to Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe, we travelled to Johannesburg today. So, it was wonderful to arrive there today, settle in and reflect on the days behind us, and then get ready for the days ahead.
SAAPA is the Southern African Alcohol Policy Alliance, and we are excited to join their workshop for youth activists. A collaborative initiative between seven Southern African countries, SAAPA is a network which aims to address the challenge of harmonising and accelerating alcohol policy development in the region.
IOTT is our South African Member Organization and it will be great to meet their leadership and see how they are doing.
